Firefly Grill & Wine Bar and Artichoke Creative to host Celebration of Artichokes Dinner April 25

The evening starts in the Artichoke Lounge with passed appetizers and Blue Ice Vodka Dirty Artichoke martinis, then on to Chef Aaron Daily’s 4 course dinner featuring peak season Ocean Mist Farms artichokes with matched wines from Bernardus Winery.

Encinitas, CA – March 29, 2007 –  Firefly Grill & Wine Bar and its advertising agency Artichoke Creative will be hosting a unique dinner featuring peak season artichokes supplied by Ocean Mist Farms from Castroville, CA. The evening will start with artichoke inspired appetizers and drinks in the artichoke lounge. Then it’s on to the perfectly paired first, second, and main courses featuring wines by Bernardus Winery followed by dessert. Artichoke Apparel will also be available to all attendees.

Artichoke Creative, the Encinitas based integrated marketing firm behind the event, works with Firefly to develop innovative marketing campaigns. “The pairing of Firefly and Ocean Mist for a meal celebrating artichokes is perfect,” said David Boylan, Artichoke Creative President. He added “Firefly is a fabulous restaurant with a top notch chef, Aaron Daily, and Ocean Mist is the name in artichokes. Add to that the pairing of Blue Ice Vodka with our dirty artichoke martinis in the lounge and Bernardus wines with our main courses and we anticipate a unique and memorable event."
